Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
General sale from band 1 to 5 they're £95, £90, £80, £75 £75, £65.
And not a single concession to be had, not even for kids.

Am I alone in thinking this an absolute fucking disgrace and yet another good reason for despising the three shits that control the club.

£65 to sit 300ft away from the pitch, fuck off

It's like any market, I suppose, supply and demand. Still goes against the grain though. A £ per minute! We're a working class, family club...or once were.

Didn't GBS say that one reason to move from the Boleyn was to make prices accessible to our fans?

GSB - bringing affordable football to everyone!!

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
Yes it is fucking outragous, but odds on it sells out! If not to West Ham fans, plenty of Scouse lovers living in and around London, even if most have hardly ever been to Liverpool............Then the touristy type happy clappers on a day trip.

And to be fair if i was in the UK, given the amount of games i can get too and time, i would fork out for a ticket, although not without thinking it was a fucking joke to pay so much for a league game.

£10 for Man City tomorrow though.

Affordable football!!!

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
It’s affordable for the majority who regularly go, it’s a buisness so unsold general sale against this lot will be top dollar, you have the choice.

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
I've not been over there for ages...can never get a ticket close enough to be able to see.

Isn't that the price of PL match tickets at all the big London clubs though?

Don't fans moan when we won't cough up for good players?

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
It's been the same since we moved, hasn't it? Cheap STs, stupidly expensive matchday tickets. There are only a few thousand so they know they can charge what they like for the big games (cat 1) as they'll sell.

I'm fine with it. Reward the truly loyal; punish the bandwagon jumpers ;)

A bad move by the club given our current position. Driven by short term greed. WHUISA and Hammers United should be all over this. The atmosphere at this game needs to mirror Sunday just gone, and that means NO DAY TRIPPING LOCAL SCOUSE SUPPORTERS. Of which there are plenty as we all know. We grew up amongst them, and I've seen loads of them over West Ham at previous games.

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
Yeah this is the sort of thing I want to see Hammers United getting involved in.

No point keep moaning about the stadium now, but definitely have a moan when they take the piss with the pricing.

They fucked up the pricing for the Europa League games as well, wanting £30 for a band 5 seat.

"Don't fans moan when we won't cough up for good players?"

No fans moan when the dildo bros spout all the propaganda about how we offer such affordable football and then charge £190 for a father and son to go watch a band 1 game

Re: Liverpool ticket prices!! WTF
This is no different from what other London clubs charge for category A games.

It is too expensive but that’s a football/London thing rather than specifically a West Ham thing.

Adult & kids tickets were dirt cheap for the Man City cup game on Wednesday as are the Europa league games.

Kids season tickets are one of if not the cheapest in the premier league. While we have the cheapest adult season tickets for the Band 4 seats.

And any new owners would have them at £2.50 no doubt.

“Adult & kids tickets were dirt cheap for the Man City cup game on Wednesday as are the Europa league games.”

Europa games haven’t been dirt cheap hence neither game being near to a sell out.

I paid £25 for 3 Europa games.

The first 2 games had good crowds, the stadium looked pretty much full to me, and they were both great nights in the stadium.

And, as a matter of fact, my refunds during lockdown were £7.98 per game.

This thread is just a load of moaning for no good reason.

“It is too expensive but that’s a football/London thing rather than specifically a West Ham thing.“

So why not buck the trend? It’s going to make them fuck all in the grand scheme but deters future support and allows day tripping local scouse to sit amongst West Ham and potentially cause friction. Bad move, especially when gsb are probably in the strongest position they’ve been in since taking over.
